This is a "Make It Perfect" patten called "Little Uptown Girl" and I made it in Size 1. The pattern runs size 6 months - 5 years.
It's completely reversible.
The square button came from the jar of antique buttons I purchase in Florida last year.

OMG - LOVE that jacket! LOVE IT!!! It is adorable! Amelia is a size too big for the pattern now or I would so totally get it to make her one.
