Near Finish

I planned on showing the finish of a jacket I made for myself as all I had left were the buttonholes.
But, I spent half the day trying to get my machine to produce acceptable buttonholes and I guess I need to bring it in to the shop. ugh.

Wanted to let you know that Amy at Amy's Creative Side has featured ME of all people on her blog as part of her A Blogger's Quilt Festival Blogger! .  Check it out HERE if you are interested.  Thanks Amy.

And since I too hate blog posts without a photo, here is a pillowcase for a little princess's fifth birthday that is coming up this week:

Hopefully I'll be back soon with either a quilted Salt Air or a jacket with buttonholes.

Oh, scaring me, I have a few buttonholes to do and haven't used that feature on my machine in a long time. Cute pillowcase - Now princesses here - I have superheroes!

Wonderful interview and great shared photos.

Good luck with those buttonholes. They can be challenging at times.
