Super Tote

This new bag is one of my favorites!  The Super Tote pattern is by Anna of Noodlehead.  That front pocket has a magnetic closure.  I think that will be a perfect place for my Ipad.

Pink Chalk Studio Apple Cider Market Tote and a win

This is a great pattern.  I made mine out of a stack of Early Bird by Cosmo Cricket for Andover Fabric that I had in my stash.

Swap Pillow Finish

PTS10 Pillow is finished.

I had never made anything out of the clam shell design before so I chose some fabric that I thought my partner might like, researched for info on other blogs and jumped in with both feet.

I'll have to say this wasn't a quick project.  After the clams were in one piece, I layered them on top of some batting and muslin.  Then I hand quilted all the curved edges with white perle cotton no. 8.

I added a back of Kona grey along with a hidden zipper and it will be sent off in the mail tomorrow to my secret partner.

Hopscotch Dress

Another pattern I tested recently was the Hopscotch Dress by Melissa Stramel of Lilac Lane Patterns.  I take every opportunity I can to make Audrey a new dress.

The fabric is all the dots from the Happy Town line by Jacqelynne Steves of The Noble Wife for Henry Glass Fabrics and can be found at The Fatquarter Shop.

It's Sew Mama Sew Give Away Day and I have something to give one of you!

It is a 13" X 24" patchwork pillow out of the Pure line by Sweetwater for Moda.  The pillow form is not included due to mailing costs.  The back of the pillow is a key print and it has an envelope closure.
