I just finished a baby quilt that I will be giving the Mom-to-be at her baby shower on Saturday.
The quilt is really not as wonky as it looks laying in the yard.
She's been waiting and wanting this baby for a long time.
The charm pack and border are Love U by Deb Strain for Moda. The small border and backing are Moda Bella Solid in Lime Green. The binding is Westminster Fibers Jennifer Paganelli Eliza Stripe.
She is hubby's niece and I hope she has a healthy baby and is very happy.

I was wondering, do you do the actual "quilting" yourself? I have been sewing for a few years now and think it's time to tackle a quilt. I went to a quilt shop and asked about how to do the quilting part and she told me to have it sent out or I'd regret it. Is this how it's done now? I'm totally clueless!
