The first two are little hexagon dolly quilts that I worked on while traveling to Florida and back. They are for "One Pack Doll Quilt" Challenge by Vickie of Mid-Ohio Quilter. You will see these again once they are all together, quilted and washed.
I'm not very fast with hand stitching, but I got quite a bit done while I was gone.
And since I've been home, I've been trying to catch up with Kellie of Don't Look Now on her Joseph's Coat quilt along. I am using Lila Tueller's Santorini and Kona Chocolate for the background. The photo is yellow as it is taken inside this evening. The colors are actually pretty cool looking.
This will be a long, long project!!

Love your Josephs Coat mary. I'm glad someone else is not using white as the background. I am hoping to do black but if it doesn't look good will be white.
Mary,
Love the colours you are using for the Josephs Coat. I was going to use a different background colour, but decided to go "rainbow" look and the white background look the best.

If I didn't have a zillion things to do and if I like to applique I'd love to follow along with the Joseph's quilt along! So I'll just look for the progress of everyone participating. Yummy colors.

Love the GFG and the Josephs Coat is stunning. I may have to check that out, or bookmark it for later. What a lovely project.
Great hand projects to work on. I saw the Josephs's quilt along somewhere else and would have loved to participate but I want to really get some things finished. Love yours though.

Your hexagons are lovely .... am especially drawn to the plaids/stripes .... very different! With my Joseph's Coat, I am making mine with plain beige background. I really do like your dark brown fabrics.
