I usually wait and post a quilt after a finish, but I'll be hand quilting this one so who knows how long that will be.
Accuquilt sent me a Diamond 4" X 4" double die to use with my GoBaby and I wanted to try something I had never seen before.
I decided to use eight fat quarters of My Happy Garden by Cloud 9 Fabrics that I have been hanging onto for a long time. This is organic cotton that is softer than soft!
I cut a whole fat quarter at one time (eight layers) with no problem and was finished in about 20 minutes.
Next I put them on my design board one way, another way, mixed them up, sorted them out and this is how they finally ended up.
Since I took these photos I have spray basted the batting and the backing and it is all ready for hand quilting.
If you have an Accuquilt GoBaby, give this diamond chevron a try! Let me know what you think.

Great colours and a great top!
This is really cute! Eight minutes?????
I do love the colors and fabrics. I don't have an Accuquilt, but do know how to cut these with my ruler. Love the look.
I have not seen a chevron pattern done like this. It looks wonderful. Lovely fabrics.
Looks lovely!
Cute Zig-Zaggy pattern...with those fabrics it looks a bit like mountains in the clouds. Looks great!
I have the Go Baby! I'm glad they are making more dies in the size that works for the Baby. How'd you get so lucky to have them send you one to try? The quilt looks great!
Very cute. Do you use the cutter for a lot of projects? I'm curious to know what dies and how you like it.
Oh cool, I have Go Baby, think I need this die!
How cool! What an interesting way to do a chevron!
pretty neat looking.
This is very pretty Mary.
Very interesting... I hadn't considered that.
Such a pretty quilt, and made more easy with the Accuquilt. I tried and tried to win an Accuquilt a year or so ago. Can't bring myself to spend the money on it when I think I wouldn't use it very often. Sure like how you've used yours though!
