Catching up and catching my breath!

Here is one gift I made that I held back from showing since it was for my daughter and she reads my blog.

It was made from the panel from Winter Lane by Birdie & Stitches for Moda. I first quilted the entired front on the white branches and then added the cardinal silhouette. I purchased matching fabric for the back, quilted it and added a hidden zipper.

Yesterday I made two "Baprons" (pattern by Craftiness is not Optional) to have on hand for little visitors to wear. They are made from cotton laminate from the Prince Charming line by Tula Pink. The bias tape was made from a polka dot from the Farm Fresh line and I love how it worked out.

I also finished my block for the January Mid-Century Modern Bee using a block pattern from the book Quilty Fun by Lori Holt that I received for a Christmas gift.

We just finished celebrating Christmas on Saturday when ALL the kids were able to join us at our house. We even got everyone together for a photo!

Now I'm working on some EPP.

Stay warm.

It's so fun to see all you've made, and you know I especially like those Baprons. I also enjoy seeing your family photo as it helps me better associate you with your blog name. Keep up the good work on EPP. I hope to be starting my project soon.

I can see why you need a few baprons on hand!
That is a delightful family photo. It is always hard to get everyone in the same place at the same time.

That pillow is absolutely beautiful! I love the wintery feel of it all.

Aren't those baprons so much fun? I made a couple of them for my nephew for Christmas, but I didn't use the laminate. The laminate would definitely be faster, though :)

Cute pillow! How lovely to have everyone together on Christmas. And to get a photo where everyone looks nice! How many children do you have Mary? And it looks like the number of grandchildren is increasing rapidly!
