I cut out FQS BOM the day I received it and didn't sew it until this week:
These are block twelve so I've completed 24 blocks and need to get this together and quilted in time for Christmas!
I finished the curtains and they turned out great and my sister likes them. Little Audrey may spend her first overnight with Grandma, so no sewing this weekend.

What a gorgeous young lady in an equally gorgeous dress!
What great photos of DC and your birdie blocks... however, Miss Audrey stole the show today! What a beautiful... and what a lovely dress!
Audrey's dress is adorable on her! She's really grown:) Nice shots of D.C. There's so much to see! I still muck around in my Metro t-shirt purchased in 2000.
love your birdie stitches and the Christmas blocks are very pretty!
What a feast for the eyes: a beautiful baby in a beautiful dress, our nation's capitol's sights and the start of a fun Christmas quilt! Thanks for sharing.

Oh my goodness, isn't she just a doll in her new dress. And that wonderful smile...:D
Thanks for sharing your trip. I had not seen any pictures of the women's memorial before.
She is so adorable and I just love her dress. It is so much fun having them stay overnight my grandson is four and he first stayed with me at 3 months (my daughter is diabetic and and on dialysis and often needs a break). I don't mind because I just love having him, grandchildren are the greatest.
Never been to DC but I do hope to visit someday when Amelia gets older. I haven't even busted out the 12th block. One of these days I'll get around to it. NO WAY is that Miss Audrey! What a big girl!

Busy days at your machine - woohoo!
Miss Audrey is adorable in that dress! She looks very proud of it, too!
I also love the Birdie Stitches block.
Audrey is just about the cutest little thing I've ever seen! And that dress you made her! Wow! I love how your Birdie Stitches are turning out. I can't wait to start mine. I have to finish some other things first, or I'll feel overwhelmed. I am something like 8 months behind on the FQS BOM you are also doing. Sigh. Wish I could keep up like you are! LOL!

Your stitchery quilt is looking so sweet. And I love the little dress...and the little one wearing it too.
What a cute little dress for Cutie Pie Audrey. Look like a great vacation. Good thing you got back before the earthquake.
I'm late getting here!! Geez!!! Cute dress!!! I mean absolutely CUTE!!! What a sweetie pie!
OK, now I feel like a slacker. I'm 2 blocks behind on the Birdie Stitches!! Audrey is ADORABLE!!! Beautiful dress, even more beautiful little person.
Audrey's little dress is beautiful and I think I'm in love with your quilt block!
I agree. Audrey's picture is the best one. Glad you had a good trip. Your 12 blocks are so cheerful and bright. That is going to be a wonderful quilt. Glad you are home safe and sound.
First of all that Audrey is adorable and the dress is the bomb...I think she knows it too!
Love D.C. one of my favorite places to visit. I lived in Alexandria Va and went to TC Williams High School (remember the movie Remember the Titans..yet that was my High School until 11th grade).
How many strands of floss do you use on your stitchery or are you using pearl cotton? I'm working on some and yours is sooo much better.
Pat
What a sweet little girl in such a pretty little dress. Your block looks great. It is so cool seeing them all together. Are you going to add sashing between the blocks?
Oh my goodnesss...how precious is that dress and Miss Audrey in it? Love it. Good going Grandma. And I love all 8 of your blocks together...very fun to see them in a group.
What a gorgeous dress! And beautiful little Audrey to show it off for you!
Can I ask did you make the pattern yourself? Or can you point me in the direction to find it.
